We stand behind every HolyGlow set. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

Condition

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If a plate arrives damaged or a light fails, send us a photo and we will replace it. You will not be asked to pay return shipping on a faulty item.
