Installation
Clean the door sill thoroughly with the included alcohol wipe and let it dry. Peel the backing from the 3M adhesive, line the plate up on the sill, and press firmly for 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours before washing the vehicle so the adhesive can fully cure.
Charging
Use the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes roughly two hours and lasts several weeks in normal use. A slow or flickering glow usually just means it is time to recharge.
Troubleshooting
Light will not come on: charge the unit fully, then confirm the power switch is on.
Adhesive is not holding: the surface likely had residue. Remove the plate, clean again with the alcohol wipe, and reapply.
Light stays on: the motion sensor may be obstructed. Wipe the sensor area clean.
